User Profile error

Hello,

 

I use windows 8 and it was frequently hanging .So I deleted the temporary files

 

After that it worked too slow

 

When I was to fix it and when I restarted my PC

 

It showed an error saying 'user profile service failed to sign in'

 

I have also tried to do that safe mode thing (done in regedit )still not working

 

And when I got into the safe mode for first few times it said desktop not found

 

But I fixed that

 

Now...

 

It is always showing 'user profile failed to sign in'

 

And in safe mode I am also not able to open PC settings

 

Plsss help

 

Else it might be needed to be format

 

I guess there is some problem with my drive c

 

But u tell me what to do
