My acer windows 8 laptop has been functioning well for the past 4 years. I recently discovered that I cant be able to access folders because that THE User account control is disabled. I have been trying to enable it with no luck. The icon of changing user account control settings cantassist,it is not taking me anywhere. pleasehelp .
