I need to update my OS from 8 to 8.1 but am getting blocked. Says update is not available in the Store. Additionally, attempts to install Security updates for .Net Frameworks 4.5, 4.5.1 and 4.5.2 are also blocked.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
