How can I reinstall my oem in the programs and features on win 8.1?

I uninstalled trying to uninstall another program. Now I can't update or do a recovery. Original problem was getting flag that virus and firewall not working and possible unwanted security program. I had Malwarebytes free on my laptop and was trying to uninstall it. When I did a search it highlighted oem in programs and features, so I uninstalled it not knowing it was essential. Now I can't update or do a recovery. Is there any way to reinstall oem without doing a reinstall?
