Our server was attached by virus/malware recently, and most of systems files affected, thus windows server 2008 could not boot with error message "Windows failed to start. File:\windows\system32\drivers\msahci.sys status: 0xc000000f windows failed to load beacuse critical system driver is missing or corrupt".

I am using installation media to do a repair, but OS is not detected in repair mode, does not show.

Win2008 server running on Dell PowerEdge 230, 6 Disks (450GB), on Raid 5, configured two virtual devices (first 3 disks virtual disk 1, and next 3 disks is virtual disk 2).

Please help.
