HACKED MICROSOFT ACCOUNT

I was reading your article "How to check if your Microsoft account has been hacked"

 

And it tells me to "See when and where you've used your account"

 

Ive checked the Activity but it only goes back to 7/31/2019 and I want to see it from at least date 1/1/2019

 

How do I do that without having to pay some stupid fee or something?
