I’ve recently reset my laptop due to software issues with Windows and ended up back to Windows 8. After installing all the Windows updates my PC could possibly find, I began upgrading to Windows 8.1 (for some reason I need to do this before upgrading to Windows 10). However, it keeps getting stuck on ‘Setting Up 82%’. Any fixes?
