Upgrading Windows 8 to Windows 10 after resetting the PC

I have hp Envy dv7 which was giving a lots of problems, so I decided to reset to factory default settings.

It had Windows 10 but after resetting to factory settings it has come back with Windows 8. Originally the PC had come loaded with Windows 7. I have tried to upgrade to Windows 10 using Windows Tool but it does not complete the process and gives a message "Failed". I have tried a couple of times.

Any suggestion/s, as to how can get the Windows 10 back.
