How to get back my activation？When I input the license key in wrong installation on the same machine?

It's my first time to buy DVD windows server 2016 to install OS. I brought a server std 2016 64bit 1pk DSP OEI DVD 2CPU DVD with a license key. At first I tried installed the esxi and then install Windows sever 2016 std as a vm, and input the license key and then got activation.

 

On the same machine, I found the server pre-installed with the wrong raid in raid 5, which should be raid 10, I try to unactivated the server license key with the the command like slmgr from google without thinking too much. Then redo the raid and decided to intall this DVD server 2016 straight forward as vm manager.

 

Then I find that I can't use this license activate the server now...Do I have any chance to fix it?
