Can't connect to Windows 8 Store

Hi,

 

I posted a question earlier. I am running Windows 8. When I open the Store the message below appears:

 

 

"This version of Windows is no longer supported b Windows Store. Get the newest version of Windows. I would like to advise that I ran through all the help methods but the problem still exist. I cannot upgrade right now maybe later.
