My ASUS R510L lap is running a Windows OS with some serious faults. I have been working for the past week to implement solutions. I've received "fixit" tutorials from 6 recognized computer forums. Making a long story short, I need to download and install a fresh copy of Windows 10 Home Edition, version 1909.

 

 

How can I do the download?
