Today one of our Exchange 2016 server in DAG was rebooted and then for some time attached screen was appearing. I have found following logs in event viewer.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009e (0xffffe58924fe9840, 0x0000000000000087, 0x000000000000000a, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 22c335c1-b1ea-45ee-b8e8-a4df8f54ed1f.

All the Microsoft articles over the internet by Microsoft are related to Windows Server 2012. How can I find the cause which lead to this error on Windows Server 2016.
