Laptop Keys Not Functioning As It Should Be

I have some problem with my laptop keyboard, it suddenly switched/change the function/role:

 

Home is Page Down

Page Up is Home'

Page Down is Page Up

 

 

Using Backspace will erase letter when typing but it also function as spacing

 

plus Fn keys also not working.

 

Using on screen keyboard also get the same problem. Is there any solution to fix this issue?
