I'm on W2K16 and I am trying to patch for the 2019-12 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4530689) but I keep getting Error 0x80073701.

 

I've done some searching but found nothing that has helped resolve the problem. Anyone seen this or know of a fix?
