2020-01 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4534271)

Several failures via WU to install this update and a failure via a MS stand alone installer.

 

Failure message :Error 0x80073701

 

Also scheduled on WU is the following update:Security Intelligence Update for Windows Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.307.2632.0).

 

When I click "Install" (for both)this update disappears leaving only 2020-01 Cumulative UD to install.

 

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this much appreciated.
