Guest JacobPankey Posted January 21, 2020 Posted January 21, 2020 I have an Asus Q500A running Windows 8 that is not booting. The machine went through a factory reset and since then, it starts to load, then gives me a blue screen with the message "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you," followed by stop code 0xc000021a. Once the "complete" reaches 100%, the system resets and I end up with the same screen.
