Unable to access Shared folders from Start Menu

Hi,

We are using Personal Session Desktops (PSD) on Windows Server 2016 Datacenter (ver 10.0.14393 build 14393).

On few PSDs, when the user clicks on the Start Menu then type \\servername, they get the error message "Netwrok Error: Windows cannot access \\servername". However, if the same is done from File Explorer or from the Run command, it works fine.

Note that others PSD (majority of them) doesn't have this issue.
