Screen Dell with Windows 8 turned blue because of APC INDEX MISMATCH. It started to make an intense noice and wont turn off although it says that the collection of info is 100% done and that it will restart automatically. I cant turn off the noice and I’m not sure if I can turn off the notebook. What should I do? Thanks.
