Trying to get on the Internet

I have a hard wired telephone line, had to go back to the old system and now I cannot on line. Cannot get back on to the Internet, I have tried what the prompts say, but cannot figure out why I cannot get on line. This is tough because I have several computers and when I go to the other three all I do is remove the cable from the modeum in the other computers and everything works except for my Windows 8 and Windows 10 computers. My old Windows 7 computer and Vista computers work fine along with my server.

 

 

Does anyone have an idea why or what I can try to hook back up to the internet?
