Cant restart laptop back to factory settings like when bought from shop

Hi I'm having troubles trying to reset laptop back to factory settings so it's like new, there's two things I keep seeing

 

1).Failed to Transfer Logged Messages to the Event Log with Status 50

2). And when trying to reset from f9 on start up it says something is missing and won't continue....

 

 

 

Please someone help
