Scam, Maybe? Call from Alex Rios at Global Support

I got a call from Alex Rios at Global Support trying to get me to go to my computer because there was an issue with my computer. When I kept asking about what the issue was, he said something about my IP address. He hung up when I kept probing. Then 15 minutes later I got a call from a different number but same guy at Global Support. I had not contacted microsoft before now.
