Little Problem here.

I have an Xbox Live account, and I use it to sign in into games. In Asphalt 9, for example, I can't access multiplayer features because I don't have the permission/ it's restricted from my account. So I went onto xbox.com to find out what my account's parent would be. The website doesn't provide any valuable help, because literally everything they provide is a support page. Change the account settings? Support page. Remove the child account? Support page. It's irritating. The only actual help they provide for this problem is for Xbox One consoles, with nothing instructing you on how to do it on an Xbox Live account.

So because of this, I went to the Microsoft account family settings to see if my Microsoft account has a parent account attached to it. I get there and... no family. Odd. I look through the support page and there's no explanation as to what these account restrictions might mean or what parent account I might possibly have. I've looked on forums like this one and nothing has helped so far.
