Guest Nature andFuture Posted April 2, 2020 Posted April 2, 2020 Hi, This case is closed without resolution. Never thought it will be so painful to deal with world's best S/W organization. Had been calling almost everyday for last 1 month and disconnecting the call after hours of wait. Was promised to get a call back many times and never got one call back. This was regarding Win 8.1 to Win 10 upgrade. Today received the email that my case has been resolved and closed however the case is not closed. This is so frustrating.
