Can not allocate Microsoft arc mouse

Hello. I can't find Microsoft Arc Mouse in Bluetooth devices. I have Windows 8, Bluetooth with LMP version 6.64512, Laptop Fujitsu Lifebook AH552/SL

I have checked - the mouse works and can be allocated by other devices (such as for example my phone).

Tried to resolve issue with troubleshooter - no luck. Bluetooth drivers are up to date as well as all important windows updates are installed.
