Update to 8.1 from windows 8 failed

Hello, just tried to update an old laptop from windows 8 to 8.1 from the windows store

 

but it just got stuck on"your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart we're just collecting some error info"

 

 

if turned on, it will show the acer logo go to the need restart error message, then show a 0% comple task bar and restart the laptop, show the acer logo and shut down

 

 

the laptop:

 

acer aspire v5

 

intel i5

 

nvidia 620m

 

 

thank you

 

 

pressing F8 for save mode not working

 

neither F1,F2,F9,F10 for BIOS
