Upgrading From windows 8 TO windows 8.1

I have been trying to upgrade from windows 8 (which came preinstalled with my purchase of a HP 2000 notebook pc).

I want to upgrade to windows 8.1..but it is a very very frustrating experience to do so. The Windows Store message is: "Sorry

this page is no longer available". So how can I download and install Windows 8.1. Thanks for any advice and help.
