I cannot identify any missing hardware, etc. that could be causing this. Asus tech support told me to get into the advanced section with safe mode and command prompt, but gave me zero guidance on where to go from there. When I try those steps, I get to bitlocker key page. Currently stuck in bitlocker recovery key page. Cannot find this info. anywhere. Goal is to restore to factory settings so that I can give this T100 to someone else.
