ethernet limited

I recently had to resolve the diagonising issue in my pc and had to reset it at previous point...resulting my ethernet doesn't work anymore and shows limited in windows 8.1 and i don't have wifi in my pc.

 

Watched a lot of youtube tutorials which says network cable unplugged but mine says it's enabled in the settings and the driver also works fine....i have doubt as it shows broadband connection disconnected.plz reply asap otherwise i would have to reinstall windows which i'm not willing to.
