Cannot rename mapped folders on NAS1815

I have a NAS synology 1815 with 8 bays X2Tb.

1) At first, I cannot rename my files and folders in the mapped folders

2) i tried to disbale Recycle Bin recovery and any shared links

3) All my synology 8 drives shows green constant light which is not usual

4) I still cannot rename my files

Anyone can advise me?
