Malware and automatically signing out

My pc was showing blue screen and on logging in it was automatically signing out.

 

Then i get into safe mode but now i can not get out of it and stuck into the loop.

 

On searching , it shows that maybe it is because of malware.. i am stuck and want to get my normal window.
