Removing the already deleted "user name" that shows up in the log in screen (Windows 8)

Hello, I am using Windows 8 and I am trying to remove and make a new user name to appear in the log in page. I already made a new Microsoft account and a local account but despite deleting the original user name I made when I first got my laptop, it's showing up in the "user name" area. I am also including a link of the screenshot where I cropped out the personal details. I am referring to the username that's showing up right above the password area. When I put my cursor there, the username does disappear but I need it to NOT show up anymore in the first place because I already deleted it. Is there any way to do this?
