Window update from 8 to 8.1 stuck at checking compatibility at 62%

Hi, I am trying to upgrade from windows 8 to 8.1 and tried multiple times

Each time i try , it gets stuck at "checking compatibility .... " and it gets stuck at 62 %

I have ran windows troubleshooter and did not help

I did uninstalled antivirus and it did not help.

Please help!!!
