Can't able to update window 8 to window 8.1 through Window Store

As i can see that lots of new software are not being supported by window 8,

so i have decided to upgrade my window to window 8.1 through window store.

But when i am opening window store, it's displaying a blank white screen over which

it is written that "This version of window is no longer supported by window Store. Get the newest version of Window",

By which can't find a way to upgrade my window version.

Someone please help me, to get out of this issue. As i am not being able to work with ease.
