My laptop screen automatically scrolls down as my laptop keyboard automatically has some keys pressed.

Hi,

My laptop screen automatically scrolls down as seen in this video (initially I pressed the page down to make it the page stay on place but when I left the key, the page automatically comes down). I think there are keys that are getting pressed automatically. It's the same story with keys like 2 and some others. Please advise me on what I need to do that laptop keyboard's keys don't get automatically pressed. With some other keys it's a different problem, in the sense whenever my keyboard acts strange like this, some other keys don't respond. Please help and suggest something.
