I've got the same issue as being discussed by June1 and others in the Windows 7 community, have uninstalled and re-installed the 32 and 64 bit versions of 365, made sure all the windows updates are done, and tried a few troubleshoots (like compatibility). Tried the 'quick fix' and longer online fix via Control Panel>>>change...and still the same issue...Any help would be much appreciated. Using Windows 8 Pro with media center.

Basically, word not working anymore and powerpoint works one minute and not the next. Can use both programmes online though.

Any fixes?
