Hello Good Day!

"Your device is offline. Please enter the last password used on this device". This is the message that will display in my laptop's screen. What could be the possible problem and how to fix it? Recently I installed an anti virus in my laptop and after updating, every time I open my laptop, it will require a password. I am wondering if this problem has to do with the anti-virus I installed?
