windows 8 activation failed online/phone/manual modes

My laptop came with OEM loaded windows 8. I reinstalled windows 8 due to HDD issue. trying to activate windows. getting error 0xC004C003.

 

 

I tired contact us agent online / connected to agent over phone no solution provided by Microsoft.

 

 

Last step instructed by online agent/phone agent are:

 

1. SLUI 04

 

2. wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey

 

 

using above steps obtained the installation id / product keys and used to activate. but failed to activate.

 

 

Any help ?
