The only way I can seem to do this is through the microsoft store, which requires me to be choose a device I want it downloaded to. My computer won't show up on the list. I am signed in with my account on my computer and I restarted my computer after I signed in and tried again. It still won't show up. Every help page from Microsoft is vague or just redirects my to another useless page sending me in circles. How do I get my computer to show up so I can download a program?
