Adera Downloading the episodes "from the app itself"

Hi

 

 

I purchased your collectors edition (£16.75 for all 5 episodes), and as of yesterday around 5pm to today 2-30pm....... It has yet to download a single episode. My computer is running normally, all other downloads (some of a very large size) are downloading fine. I have sufficient space and the free first episode downloaded and played without issue.

 

 

Please could you advise me of what the issue could be and how to resolve it. I have run diagnostics on my computer and not found a single issue on my end, I don't think it is right to be paying for a game that you cannot play, do you?
