Hello,

 

I have dropped my pc and when I tried to started , it showed preparing automatic repair and then diagnosing your PC. I shut it down a couple times and restarted but it is stuck in the same screen for 3 hrs now. I don't want to reset it and lose my documents. I don't know what to do. And please reply quickly, I have exams and assignments to submit.
