I can't open any files.

Yesterday, I found out that I couldn't open any files because it appears to say : "This file couldn't be opened". I didn't know if it was a malware but I didn't download anything yesterday. Even Chrome can't be opened for some cases but Internet Explorer can be opened but it didn't allow to download any files because "Error JavaScript". I hope I would be able to fix that.
