Hi,

 

 

I have windows 8 on my laptop- it has never activated properly. Therefore I cannot upgrade to Windows 8.1 or anything else. I no longer know the product key but it has been entered onto the laptop although the activation never worked. I requested a callback from Microsoft which was awful, she couldn't understand what I was saying and there was a huge delay.

 

 

What can I do?
