Hello,

 

I need help, I had a laptop acer windows 8.1 but it's not working now and i cant find my windows key paper on it. Today i download windows 8 in different laptop and i need this key to use, thats why microsoft needs key to download windows 8.1 and in this laptop i had windows 7
