I had bought a laptop pre-install with windows 8, so when windows 10 was launched I registered to receive free upgrade of windows 10 on my laptop. My laptop is still running Windows 8 and I don't know why it was not upgraded and I don't know how it is going to be on Windows 10 now. Is there a upgrade agent that I have to download and run on my laptop.

 

 

I really wanted to upgrade my laptop to Windows 10.
