Guest RichardMerriman Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 I'm installing a new SSD Drive, and I have Windows 8 Pro on my older home built system, but I certainly do not want to install the Windows 8 Pro from the CD, and then download the 20 jillion hour update to Windows 8.1. I would like to download the 8.1 iso file and make a bootable USB to do a clean install from. I just need a clear set of instructions to create it from my Windows 10 computer. And I need the Microsoft webpage to download both the iso file, and the bootable USB creation tool file. I hope someone can give me a hand with this fairly soon.
