I want to upgrade my windows from 8 to 8.1 but I could not find the product key. I got it installed from the retailer from where I have bought my laptop. Now I could not contact the retailer and the Store app is not functioning for me. The app shows connect to internet even if it is connected to internet. The store app has certain issues I think. How can I get my product key for upgrade purpose.
