about to upgrade windows 8 to windows 10

I have a windows 8 single language genuine laptop and I have a some query please help me.

1. system info product id is same as my product key or not can i used as a key? because i lost my key.

2. downloaded or upgraded from windows 10 from Microsoft official site need to activation key or not if yes how to find it.

3.After installing windows 10 all apps windows store can open and i can download apps from it and future windows update automatically downloads or not.

4.I want to install only windows 10 without lost my data what can i do for?

5.After upgrading win8 to win 10 all apps like store will open and future updates can download it?
