windows update trouble shooter

I have a huge issue, hope someone can help.

 

 

I had windows 8.1 and had to do a factory reset because I had my computer for years and had some troubles with software, but it reverted to windows 8 and not windows 8.1

 

 

The thing is my computer is working fine, but windows update does not work. It says it cannot connect to the inter and I get an error with a screenshot below.

 

 

I tried to download the troubleshooter from this page

But I get an error page when I click on the download.

 

 

I really want my 8.1 back. Is way better than 8, and I cannot get to it without loosing my files again, unless I update, or at least that is what I understand.

 

 

I have an all in one HP Pavilion 64 bit
