Windows 8.1 ISO pt-pt

I have a old Lenovo Z50-70 laptop with windows 8.1RTM Core in pt-pt.

 

My 1Tb Hard drive died and i got a replacement.

 

 

Went to Download da Imagem do Disco do Windows 8.1 (Ficheiro ISO) and downloaded the iso file for windows 8.1, in Portuguese(Portugal) language in 64bit.

 

iso name: Win8.1_Pro_LE_N_Portuguese_x64.iso.

 

 

created a usb bootable with the iso, but when i start the usb to install i only have windows 8.1 N and windows 8.1 Pro N (Both N versions) and not the Core one without the N.

 

 

My key is in BIOS and is not compatible with the N version.

 

 

Why the Portuguese iso only have the N version? Wher wCan i get the correct version for my laptop?
