My Asus laptop not working

Hi, I have an Asus laptop that I bought with windows 8 installed on it. I upgraded the windows to 8.1 then 10. Few weeks ago my laptop went on sleep mode, when I restarted it, it gave me an error then it went to auto repair which didn't fix the problem. Then I went to blue screen. I tried the troubleshoot but nothing happened, tried restore point, it was not able to complete it the restore. Last thing I did was reset to factory setting with the option to keep my personal dada but it stopped in the middel and now I ended up by loosing my administrator account/permission, the troubleshoot screen shows windows 8 and I am not allowed to do anything cos I have no more administrator account. Is there a way to have my laptop working again? I have lots of file and data that I need to get which I did not back up. Please help
